Bosnia Hercegovina has a relatively new economy. The GDP is rising and the currency inflation has remained low in the entire country. The government plans to build an highway along an 350 km corridor which is the most significant roadway in Bosnia and Hercegovina and the shortest communication route between Middle Europe and the Adriatic. Bosnia Hercegovina´s main industries are steel, coal, iron ore, vehicle assembly, textiles, tobacco products, tank and aircraft assembly, domestic appliances and oil refining. Main export goods of Bosnia Hercegovina are metals, clothing and wood products.
